About the charity Morgan's Army

Founded by Natalie and Matthew Ridler after their son Morgan’s cancer diagnosis, the Morgan’s Army Charitable Foundation supports South Wales families affected by childhood cancer. Morgan passed away in June 2023, but his legacy endures through our commitment that NO ONE FIGHTS ALONE.

Our Mission and Vision

Raise Awareness: To increase public understanding and awareness of childhood cancers.
Family Support: To provide immediate and lasting support to families of children diagnosed with cancer in South Wales.
Major Projects: To financially back significant initiatives and projects of established children's cancer charities in South Wales.
Community Building: To cultivate a strong network of volunteers, donors, and advocates who share our mission.
Legacy of Love: To honor and extend Morgan’s legacy by making a positive and lasting impact on the lives of children and families affected by cancer.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter a team for our Truck Pull competition, you must have a team of 4 members (all over the age of 16). There is a fundraising benchmark of £200 per team. By Contacting our Office

Grab 3 friends and choose a team name

First thing's first: bring together your team of 4 which can be all female in our female event or mixed in our open event. Then enter your team via the link. Be sure to get creative with your team name - we've had some hilarious team name entries so you'll have to bring your top performance to be in with a chance of winning the prize for best team name!

Get fundraising

We've set the benchmark of £200 per team - which, if you wanted to split it evenly, would be £50 for each team member to raise (psst... there are some fundraising tips on our social media page). This is what it's all about - having fun and raising money for an amazing cause!

Show time. Take part in the Truck Pull competition with all the teams, and maybe even enjoy a burger (or 2)! We have some amazing businesses coming along to keep everyone fed and refreshed, as well as some exciting raffle prizes and awards you won't want to miss out on!
